This contest marks the beginning of our 2026 editorial season, and ALL selected artists and their art will be featured in Volume 16 , the first issue of the year.
Only 20 Artists will be accepted for this special curated edition.
Each artist need to submit 4 artworks (that WILL be in the magazine guaranteed), and one of the four will enter the official competition.

ABOUT THE THEME
“RENEWAL: ART THAT REBUILDS”
We welcome artwork that explores the energy of renewal in any form — emotional, physical, spiritual, cultural, or abstract.
Art that rebuilds from rubble, emerges from stillness, or reimagines the self.
This theme is intentionally broad, allowing artists the freedom to interpret renewal in their own unique visual language.

Entry Fee
• $20 USD per artist (non-refundable).
• Covers curation, review, processing, professional design and layout of the magazine and guest art director participation.

HOW SELECTION WORKS

GUIDELINES
- Be sure to send Artist name, Instagram, Title + medium + brief caption or description for each artwork (max 80 words) and short artist statement (max 150 words)
- Be sure to include a full name and Instagram handle for the entire team (model, agency, hair, makeup, stylist, designer, etc).
*Please double-check to make sure all credit information is accurate! Credits will be published exactly as sent.
- Please make sure there is no logo on your images.
- All images must be retouched and edited.
- We do not require exclusive publishing rights of your photo
SKYIE Magazine does not currently provide complimentary copies of our print-on-demand publication or pay for your shoots. We send free tear sheets within 1 week before the publication for information review. The layout and design won't be changed, just wrong information.
We also send links to the information of where the magazine can be purchased for Digital or Print one week before.

* Participants who have modeled or posed in the photo have assigned all relevant rights to the photographer, and signed the model release. (Click Here to sign the Model Release Form) Once model release is signed, the forms go straight to our email, so on your submission, put the name and Instagram handle of the model, and if the model wants to have their name published or if they prefer to be anonymous. Either way, the release needs to be signed.
Pictures with models, without the release won't be accepted.
